Do you guarantee quality service? Yes, we stand behind our work. If you are ever unhappy with an area cleaned, we will be happy to return and touch up any missed areas. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours. We value feedback, it helps the entire company, so we always ask for our clients to please call us. We’ll always make it right.
What type of payment do you accept? Payment is expected the day of service left at the property by either a check, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Can I give the cleaner a key? Yes, we do hold keys, but many clients prefer using either a lock box, garage code or key code door for entry. We recommend this, as you’ll have peace of mind knowing no keys are out of your possession.
Will I receive a receipt? Upon request.
Do I need to be home when you service my home? No, you do not. If you won’t be home, either a lock box on the property or a keyed entry/garage code is needed so we may gain access.
What if i need to change the scheduled cleaning? Not a problem! Life happens! We do ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so we can re-schedule.
What cities do you clean?
I currently clean in Naples, Bonita, and Estero.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, I bring all of my cleaning products with me. But I know that many people like having me use their own products, and that is also a possibility! I am here to help you, and work with what ever your needs are.
